Sustainable Travel

This is the first site in Brittany to be awarded the European Ecolabel for campsite services in recognition of its commitment to sustainable development. These measures include the use of solar and photovoltaic panels, rainwater recovery, composting and water purification facilities. Guests at La Fontaine du Hallate campsite can get back to nature in accommodation that is traditional to the Mongolian steppes – the famous yurt, made of sheep’s wool and yack hair. Facilities are basic, and the decor is colourful. Kitchen-wise there is a kettle and cafetière and also an outdoor barbecue. Tucked away in a peaceful part of the campsite, you will have birdsong and the sounds of the countryside for company.
